We are looking for an experienced and driven Regional IT Manager for the E5 region, covering the Czech Republic, Poland, Slovakia, Ukraine, Hungary, Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania. responsibilities :

Leadership & Team Management:
Lead and develop IT support teams (1st and 2nd level) across the E5 region, ensuring high-quality service and compliance with global standards
Operational Excellence:
Manage IT budgets, oversee local contracts and external providers, and monitor adherence to service-level agreements
Project Coordination:
Implement global IT projects locally, manage change requests, and collaborate with global IT teams
Strategic Alignment:
Identify regional IT needs, drive process improvements, and ensure alignment with global strategies

requirements-expected :

Minimum 2–3 years in a globally oriented IT team.
Proven track record of leading IT support teams for at least 2–3 years
Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.) or higher in IT, Engineering, or a related field
Strong knowledge of IT client infrastructure environments and outsourcing services
Fluency in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills
Analytical and structured problem-solving abilities
Innovative mindset, entrepreneurial thinking, and high learning agility
Flexibility to travel occasionally as needed
