Responsibilities:

• Full controllership over the legal entity, including variance and cost center analysis for regional functions.
• Manage Intercompany (IC) planning and fees: commissions and fees forecasting, invoicing, collection, and true-up.
• Control and track incentive payments to sales teams, ensuring fiscal coherence (supported by the Group Tax team).
• Prepare IT reconciliations and allocate regional team costs.
• Consolidate and reconcile balance sheets and cost control schedules.
• Prepare schedules using Magnitude and Jedox systems.
• Utilize D365 to export General Ledger data and feed reporting schedules.
• Collaborate with Intercompany counterparts to resolve disputes and prevent escalations.
• Work closely with the accounting team to ensure smooth billing processes, particularly in the area of regional commissions and incentives.
• Proactively communicate with various entities to prevent misalignment and push-backs, ensuring adherence to approved expenses and Intercompany billing alignment.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience, including at least 3 years in a hands-on controllership role.
• Strong understanding of statutory and management accounting.
• Excellent oral and written English language skills.
• Knowledge of French or German is a plus but not required.
• Proven experience in communication with subsidiaries to ensure process compliance and proactive alignment.
• Proficiency in financial tools and systems (D365, Magnitude, Jedox).
• Ability to connect and engage effectively with regional function leaders.
• Strong technical skills and ability to thrive in a demanding environment.
• Ability to handle feedback and resolve issues efficiently, particularly under pressure.
