We are looking for a talented Regional Graphic Designer for CEE & Nordic countries to join our team.



Job Location: Warsaw, Poland

Responsibilities:

1. Design Creation: Develop and produce high-quality graphic designs for digital channels (social media, websites, email marketing) and physical touchpoints (brochures, posters, etc.).
2. Brand Management: Lead and manage graphic design projects from concept through execution, ensuring all designs adhere to branding guidelines and maintain a cohesive visual identity.
3. Asset Preparation: Prepare creative assets for weekly social media campaigns, editorial content, and digital marketing initiatives.
4. Collaboration: Work closely with project coordinators and team members to meet deadlines, communicate project statuses, and ensure alignment with overall marketing strategies.
5. Research and Trends: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design to continuously enhance the quality and effectiveness of our visual communications.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
2. 2-3 years of marketing experience in the design industry or related fields.
3. Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
4. Full business proficiency in English, both in spoken and written. Ability to speak any other of Eastern Europe/Nordic countries’ languages is a plus.
5. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
6. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
7. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
