Our expectations

We are looking for a comprehensive skilled graphic designer.

You will be working in the team as design manager and project manager.

Possess excellent understanding of visual design principles, guidelines implementation, and design processes.

A good understanding of the workflow of graphic designing, video editing, motion graphic making, printing, and photoshooting.

Drawing, illustration, 3D modeling, and AI generator prompt skills will be an added bonus.

Comfort in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders and high communication frequency internally and externally of our team.

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining brand visual consistency across all communication channels;
• Creating graphics for advertising campaigns, media buy assets, social media, websites, Out Of Home advertising, and so on;
• Collaboration with the marketing team and sales department to develop campaign key visuals;
• Direct our external agency to output creatives consistently across all communication channels;
• Prepare briefs and lead the pitching for marketing events or projects independently, and follow up and finish the whole project;
• Working on several graphic projects at the same time.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills;
• Fluency in English;
• A strong portfolio of relevant designs and other graphic designs; 4+ years of experience in digital marketing design;
• Degree in Design, Fine Arts; self-taught designers are also welcome;
• In-depth knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects (or Premiere). Any other software can be a bonus;
• Ability to work as part of a small team and coordinate activities with other departments.
