Job Title

Regional Fuel Sales Manager

Job Overview

MOL Polska, part of the international MOL Group, is expanding its operations to include the wholesale segment and manages a network of nearly 400 service stations. We are seeking a motivated professional to drive regional fuel sales, cultivate new and existing client relationships, and contribute to our sustainable future mission.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and actively acquire new customers in the designated region and market segments, conducting commercial negotiations and finalizing sales agreements.
  • Manage fuel wholesale operations within the subordinate region.
  • Maintain long‑term relationships with existing clients, ensuring contractual obligations are met and providing tailored advisory services.
  • Monitor timely payments, conduct debt collection activities, and prepare recommendations regarding credit limits for clients.
  • Track market and competitor activities, identify industry trends, forecast customer needs, and recommend strategic actions.
  • Prepare periodic business reports and record activities in the CRM system.
  • Develop operational plans to support the achievement of sales goals.
  • Actively participate in team meetings, share knowledge and experience.
  • Represent MOL at industry events, workshops, conferences, and maintain operational contacts within the MOL group.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales or franchising.
  • Ability to work in a team, excellent communication and negotiation skills, stress resistance, presentation skills, innovation, customer and goal orientation.
  • Knowledge of the fuel industry and an understanding of the regional and international fuel market (advantage).
  • Knowledge of running a franchise business (added advantage).
  • Fluent Polish language.
  • Advanced MS Office skills.
  • Active category B driving license.
