Job Description
Guide and grow a skilled team of analysts.
Collaborate with teams from procurement, logistics, and operations to gather insights and offer financial advice to support key decisions.
Lead the review of financial data related to supply chain activities, spotting patterns, differences, and chances for cost reduction and better efficiency.
Create and share detailed financial reports and dashboards with senior leaders, providing clear information on supply chain performance, risks, and areas to improve.
Supervise the management of actual results, forecasts, and the yearly budgeting process for the supply chain function across the region, ensuring they match organizational objectives and plans.
Find and apply best practices and improvements to make financial planning, analysis, and reporting more effective for the supply chain.
Serve as a strategic partner to supply chain leaders, using data and insights to guide strategies and actions for better results.
The Successful Applicant
Minimum 7 years of experience in supply chain finance or FP&A, focusing on leadership roles.
Solid experience in yearly budgeting, forecasting, and managing performance.
Fluent in English (knowledge of a second language is a plus).
Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance or a similar field (MBA or CPA is an advantage).
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and grow a diverse team.
Hands-on experience with various ERP systems and the ability to combine data from different sources to create a clear picture of performance.
Strong skills in financial modeling, data analysis, and solving problems.
