New Shared Service Centre located in Wrocław.

Job Description

• Serve as the primary contact for external audits, ensuring prompt resolution of audit observations and findings.
• Oversee and guide the financial reporting processes for regional entities, ensuring alignment with both local and international accounting standards, such as IFRS and GAAP.
• Lead and develop a team of finance professionals.
• Manage the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
• Analyze and prepare financial statements, forecasts, and management reports to aid strategic business decisions and planning.
• Collaborate with tax, treasury, and finance teams to optimize working capital, manage cash flow, and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Implement and enhance ERP systems and financial tools to drive process efficiency and standardization.
• Establish and maintain strong internal controls to protect company assets.

The Successful Applicant

• At least 5 years of post-qualification experience in financial controlling or related roles.
• A Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, or a closely related discipline.
• Fluent in English (additional language skills will be an advantage).
• Advanced proficiency in ERP platforms along with strong expertise in MS Excel and data analytics tools.
• In-depth understanding of accounting standards, financial reporting frameworks, and internal control systems.
• Preferably holds professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, or an equivalent qualification.
