About Our Client
New Shared Service Centre located in Wrocław.
Job Description
Serve as the primary contact for external audits, ensuring prompt resolution of audit observations and findings.
Oversee and guide the financial reporting processes for regional entities, ensuring alignment with both local and international accounting standards, such as IFRS and GAAP.
Lead and develop a team of finance professionals.
Manage the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
Analyze and prepare financial statements, forecasts, and management reports to aid strategic business decisions and planning.
Collaborate with tax, treasury, and finance teams to optimize working capital, manage cash flow, and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
Implement and enhance ERP systems and financial tools to drive process efficiency and standardization.
Establish and maintain strong internal controls to protect company assets.
The Successful Applicant
At least 5 years of post-qualification experience in financial controlling or related roles.
A Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, or a closely related discipline.
Fluent in English (additional language skills will be an advantage).
Advanced proficiency in ERP platforms along with strong expertise in MS Excel and data analytics tools.
In-depth understanding of accounting standards, financial reporting frameworks, and internal control systems.
Preferably holds professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, or an equivalent qualification.
