About Our Client
For our client, an international company selling FMCG products in retail and wholesale channels, we are seeking a key person to join our finance department. The individual will be responsible for all financial aspects in the region. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in commercial finance and a background in accounting or financial auditing.
Job Description
- Responsibility for the areas of controlling, commercial finance, accounting and taxes
- Act as a business partner for the Management Board and the Group
- Prepare annual budgets and long-term financial plans
- Lead forecasting and variances analysis processes
- Assess financial feasibility of strategic projects, including marketing campaigns
- Develop and implement strategies aimed at improving margins and profitability
- Analyze and manage company-s cash flow
- Oversee statutory reporting, taxes and accounting
- Liase with auditors and other external companies, authorities
The Successful Applicant
- Min. 3-5 years of experience on a leading finance position in international company
- ACCA/CPA or equivalent will be an advantage
- Experience in team management and commercial finance
- Proven experience in FMCG or retail business
- Fluent communication in English
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Very good knowledge of financial and management accounting
- Strong commercial acumen
