Tasks
- Develop and implement regional financial strategy aligned with corporate goals.
- Oversee accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting for Europe & Americas.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, local tax laws, and regulatory requirements across multiple countries.
- Perform financial analysis and provide actionable insights to support business decisions.
- Monitor cash flow, treasury, and capital allocation to optimize financial performance.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a regional finance team to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with HQ, country managers, and cross-functional teams on business planning, risk management, and process improvements.
- Support audits, due diligence, and regulatory reporting across the region.
- Lead and coordinate new company registrations in the region, ensuring legal and financial compliance.
- Oversee RWA (Real-World Asset) license applications, registration, and regulatory compliance.
- Contribute to digitalization initiatives and process optimization in finance operations.
- Provide strategic advice on investments, mergers, acquisitions, and cost optimization initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 10+ years of senior financial management experience, preferably in multinational companies.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, European and American accounting standards, and tax regulations.
- Proven experience managing regional finance operations and leading high-performing teams.
- Experience with new company registration, licensing, and regulatory compliance (RWA or similar) is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience in direct selling / MLM or FMCG industries is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Spanish required; additional European language skills are advantageous.
