Job Description:

An exciting opportunity has opened for a Regional Finance Analyst focused on financial planning, reporting, and strategic insights. This role is key to ensuring accurate financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting while supporting business decisions at a regional level.

As part of the Finance Team, this position reports directly to the Regional Finance Manager and involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage regional financial reporting, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards.
2. Oversee the monthly business review process, working closely with headquarters.
3. Analyze financial performance, ensuring accuracy and clarity in variance explanations.
4. Budgeting, Forecasting & Planning
   1. Lead the planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy.
   2. Coordinate long-term and annual operating plans.
   3. Support the finance team in key financial planning and reporting tasks.
5. Process Improvement & Strategic Initiatives
   1. Drive continuous improvements in forecasting accuracy and financial reporting methods.
   2. Lead and support financial projects, including cross-regional and HQ-driven initiatives.

What makes you stand out?

1. Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
2. Fluency in English (B2-C1 level).
3. Experience using reporting tools.
4. Previous experience in Business Control, Financial Analysis, Managerial Reporting, or Financial Modeling.
5. Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
6. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
7. A proactive and agile mindset, with the ability to work independently and adapt to change.
