For our client, a rapidly growing international investment brokerage firm entering the Polish market, we are currently seeking a candidate for the role of
Regional Director/Branch Manager.

• Developing and implementing client relationship strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
• Leading and managing a team of client relationship specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
• Monitoring and analysing customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Preparing and presenting regular reports on client relationship performance.

• Higher education, preferably in economics or business management.
• Professional experience in relevant business areas such as investment, stock trading, FX, and CFD brokerage.
• Basic knowledge of the investment/trading market and competition in Poland.
• Advanced knowledge of key marketing and sales principles.
• Basic understanding of compliance directives (e.g., MiFID II) and AML.
• A motivated, goal-oriented, ambitious individual capable of achieving set objectives.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in Polish and English.

• Employment based on a contract of employment or B2B agreement.
• Work in an international environment on interesting projects.

• Office work in a central location in Warsaw.
