LCI Education wishes to identify the leader who will join its teams to structure and develop its markets in Central and Eastern Europe.

Based in Warsaw, the Regional Director – Admissions and Market Development will play a key role in the positioning and development of LCI Educations markets in Central and Eastern Europe, covering Poland, the Czech Republic, Romania, Bulgaria, the Baltics and Ukraine.

This casting process aims to identify a leader capable of structuring a sustainable regional presence, developing strategic partnerships with high added value and carrying LCI Educations international ambition, by strengthening the visibility and credibility of the brand with educational, institutional and local partners, in close collaboration with the networks campuses.

This role is aimed at a senior market development profile, with a strong capacity for regional structuring, capable of creating long‑term value, developing strategic partnerships and positioning LCI Education as a premium international reference in the face of local and regional educational players. The incumbent of the position is required to travel frequently as part of the accomplishment of his mission.

Location: Warsaw – Poland

YOUR MISSION

  • Lead the development of markets and student flows from Central and Eastern Europe to LCI Educations international campuses, including Barcelona, Montreal, Vancouver and Melbourne;
  • Structure, lead and optimize the entire international admission process, guaranteeing fluidity, quality of profiles and alignment with the groups premium positioning;
  • Design and facilitate institutional presentations by embodying the LCI Education brand, virtual and face‑to‑face, webinars, information sessions and representation actions at regional and international educational fairs;
  • Deploy and maintain standards of excellence in applicant tracking, operational responsiveness and relationship management via CRM tools;
  • Structure and manage relationships with accredited regional partners in order to develop and optimize international student pipelines to LCI Education campuses, while ensuring compliance of practices, quality of profiles and alignment with the groups business strategy;
  • Train, support and evaluate partners on LCI Educations programs, campuses and international positioning, with a view to increasing skills and continuous improvement;
  • Monitor the quality, performance and profitability of regional partnerships, by setting up management indicators and optimization plans;
  • Identify and develop emerging opportunities in high‑potential secondary markets;
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing teams to develop, adapt and localize recruitment and awareness campaigns for Polish, Romanian and regional audiences, with a view to generating qualified leads;
  • Analyze the competitive dynamics of the Central and Eastern European markets, including the positioning and strategies of Spanish and European institutions active in the region;
  • Produce regular analyses on application pipelines, conversion dynamics, channel performance and market intelligence, to inform strategic decisions.

THIS ROLE IS FOR

  • A professional with at least five years of experience in the education or higher education sector, including market development, international admissions, student recruitment and partnerships, in international and structured environments;
  • An excellent understanding of the educational ecosystems of Central and Eastern Europe ;
  • A demonstrated ability to structure and develop partner networks in emerging environments;
  • A structured and analytical approach, supported by the mastery of CRM tools and management indicators;
  • Established credibility or an active network with educational agents, institutions or institutional actors in the region;
  • Holds an undergraduate degree ;
  • A professional command of Polish (oral and written);
  • A professional command of English (oral and written), which is essential given the frequent interactions with international teams and partners.
