ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:
- Develop and maintain a high-performing distribution network in Northern Eastern Europe.
- Increase sales of the client’s products faster than market growth.
- Assess market potential and recommend pricing, promotional strategies, and new product introductions.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies and business plans to exceed sales targets and market share goals.
- Focus on achieving measurable results that contribute to significant business growth and market share.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to adjust strategies and tactical actions.
- Act as the main contact for all sales-related matters in the region.
Minimum Requirements and Experience
- Minimum 8 years of product sales experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- University degree (Bachelor/Engineer or equivalent).
- Documented experience managing sales and distribution channels across different regions.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing complex sales processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive, independent, and results-oriented, both individually and through leading a team.
- Strategic thinking, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to collaborate effectively at all organizational levels.
- Willingness to take on new challenges and strong desire for growth within the organization.
- Experience working in an international organization.
- Fluent in Polish and English (both spoken and written).
WYMAGANIA:
- Exceptional leadership skills.
- Strong negotiation and strategic planning abilities.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the region and Europe (50% or more).
- B2B sales experience in landscaping, industrial, or related sectors is a strong advantage. The candidate must demonstrate the ability to build client relationships, develop strong contacts, and have documented achievements in sales growth and business results.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
- MBA
- Engineering degree in mechanics or agriculture
