Minimum Requirements and Experience
•Minimum 8 years of product sales experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
•University degree (Bachelor/Engineer or equivalent).
•Documented experience managing sales and distribution channels across different regions.
•Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing complex sales processes.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Proactive, independent, and results-oriented, both individually and through leading a team.
•Strategic thinking, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to collaborate effectively at all organizational levels.
•Willingness to take on new challenges and strong desire for growth within the organization.
•Experience working in an international organization.
•Fluent in Polish and English (both spoken and written).
Required Skills

•Strong negotiation and strategic planning abilities.
•Excellent presentation and communication skills.
•Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
•Willingness to travel frequently within the region and Europe (50% or more).
B2B sales experience in landscaping, industrial, or related sectors is a strong advantage. The candidate must demonstrate the ability to build client relationships, develop strong contacts, and have documented achievements in sales growth and business results.
