About the Role



As a Regional Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-value clients and developing long-term relationships with them to ensure their satisfaction and retention. You will act as the primary point of contact for your clients, addressing their needs and concerns, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet their business objectives. Your goal will be to drive revenue growth, increase customer loyalty, and promote the companys brand reputation in the marketplace.

Youll be responsible for:

  1. Establishing great, long-term customer relationships while capturing high-value growth opportunities.
  2. Going higher & wider within organizations to connect with new stakeholders and value streams.
  3. Leading with insight and developing an understanding of customer workflows and customer value.
  4. Recording client engagement and communication on a CRM.
  5. Collaborating with all business functions locally and globally to support our go-to-market outreach.

Qualifications:

  1. Have a proven track record at managing, retaining, and growing revenue in a DaaS / SaaS / tech environment.
  2. Able to establish great, long-term customer relationships while capturing high-value growth opportunities.
  3. Experience going high & wide within organizations you manage and connect with new stakeholders.
  4. Able to lead with insight and develop an understanding of customer workflows and customer value.
  5. Able to maintain high-quality customer engagement through phone, email, social media; able to visit clients and should be traveling to targeted clients each month.
  6. Experience with client engagement and communication on a CRM.
  7. Able to collaborate with all business functions locally and globally to support our go-to-market outreach.
  8. Fluency in English and Polish.
  9. Industry experience is preferred but not essential.
