ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:

Your responsibilities:

• conducting end-to-end recruitment processes (including job profiling, sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks, and salary negotiations) for dedicated profiles (engineers, electricians, fitters, mechanics, etc.)

• you will be responsible for developing effective recruitment strategies, managing candidate pipelines, and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders

• proactively supporting the organization of EB events

• working closely with HR, hiring managers and leaders to source, pipeline and recruit top talents

Our requirements

• previous recruitment experience, nice to have in sector of Mechanical and Electrical field technicians and engineering, with an interest to build a career in recruitment and human resources

• excellent English language skills with dynamic communication skills and outgoing personality

• excellent organizational and time management abilities

• having a mature outlook on business and personal engagements

• we expect you to contribute to our teamwork with a positive and cooperative attitude, so that we can build on our cheerful and trusting team environment
