ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:
Your responsibilities:
conducting end-to-end recruitment processes (including job profiling, sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks, and salary negotiations) for dedicated profiles (engineers, electricians, fitters, mechanics, etc.)
you will be responsible for developing effective recruitment strategies, managing candidate pipelines, and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders
proactively supporting the organization of EB events
working closely with HR, hiring managers and leaders to source, pipeline and recruit top talents
Our requirements
previous recruitment experience, nice to have in sector of Mechanical and Electrical field technicians and engineering, with an interest to build a career in recruitment and human resources
excellent English language skills with dynamic communication skills and outgoing personality
excellent organizational and time management abilities
having a mature outlook on business and personal engagements
