Perform Recruitment is looking for a recruitment specialist to work remotely for an Irish based employment company. We continue to grow and develop and we are looking for a new team member. Recruitment specialist / remote work

Your daily duties:

• You will work with different projects, finding personnel for different vacancies
• You will go through a full-cycle selection process
• You will have to perform some administrative tasks (database management, placement of job advertisements, processing of internal documents)
• You will interact with various industry candidates on a daily basis

Requirements

• English language level C1/C2
• Effective communication and presentation skills
• You have motivation, endurance and the desire to complete the assigned tasks perfectly
• You have strong computer skills and accuracy
• You have a positive attitude towards life, like a dynamic environment and have a sense of purpose
