We are looking for a dynamic Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition Factory and support end-to-end recruitment processes across Europe. Lead end-to-end recruitment for diverse roles, from back-office support to senior IT&C positions Actively source and directly approach candidates , using creative search strategies and modern tools Partner with Hiring Managers to define recruitment needs and strategies Proven experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes , preferably within IT or fast-paced setting Strong expertise in sourcing and direct search , with knowledge of modern talent acquisition methods Fluent German and English (C1/C2); Polish is a plus Experience with ATS and recruitment tools Shape your own growth and contribute to innovative projects International Exposure : Work in a multicultural environment with opportunities for collaboration and networking Cutting-Edge Tools : Use advanced recruitment technologies, including AI solutions, to make smart decisions and enhance candidate experience
