• 1 year or more experience with the IT industry
• English at B2 level
• knowledge of source techniques e.g. boolean search, github search
• conducting recruitment interviews (telephone, video calls, F2F)
• selecting candidates who are best suited to the culture of our organization
• providing candidate experience at the highest level
• creating and publishing recruitment advertisements
