Recruitment Specialist role at JS Energy

Ronbay Technology, a multinational company in the high-tech new energy materials industry, is seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist for our new plant, JS Energy Europe, in Konin, Poland. This position reports to the HR Director.

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Specialist to lead talent acquisition efforts, ensuring the successful hiring and onboarding of top talent. This role is vital in building a strong workforce, enhancing employer branding, and driving efficient recruitment processes to support the company’s growth and operational success.

Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
  • Talent Strategy: Develop and implement effective hiring strategies aligned with business needs.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilise various channels (job boards, LinkedIn, networking, direct search) to attract top talent.
  • Onboarding: Oversee and improve the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition and strong employee engagement.
  • Employer Branding: Strengthen the company’s employer brand to attract and retain the best candidates.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all recruitment processes comply with Polish labour laws and internal policies.
  • Market Insights: Monitor talent market trends and offer recommendations for competitive hiring practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment within the manufacturing sector.
  • Proven track record in end-to-end mass recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Fluent in Polish and English, with English as a working language.
  • Strong understanding of Polish labour laws and recruitment compliance.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
