We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist wholl join our talented People Team and support us in all recruitment, onboarding and talent-building efforts at Monterail.
This is a fixed-term contract (9 months) with a possibility of extension.

Why Were Growing Our Team
As our business expands, so does our team. Our primary goals are clear: to ensure we have the right people available for our projects and to maintain a highly efficient recruitment process.
Right now, that means were putting a big effort into expanding our freelance network (MTN) for our most in-demand specializations. Were also focused on automating our processes and using new AI tools to make our work even more efficient.
What Youll Do
- Transforming business needs into compelling job descriptions
- Knowing where and how to source the best talent using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced Boolean searches
- Managing the recruitment pipelines using our Workable ATS
- Handling all candidate communication, including offers, negotiations, and feedback
- Expanding and growing our Monterail freelancers database (MTN) and conducting per-project hires
- Using AI in your daily work to help automate and optimize routine tasks like scheduling and generating personalized messages
- Planning and coordinating the best onboarding process for new team members
- Staying ahead of the curve by keeping up with the latest trends and tools in AI-driven recruitment and sharing that knowledge with the team
What Were Looking For
- Experience: About 2 years of experience in IT recruitment, across different roles like development, sales, and project management
- Interest in AI tools: Genuine interest in how technology, especially AI tools, can improve recruitment processes, and knowing how to implement them in your daily work to be more efficient
- Communication & negotiation: Great communicator who can build lasting relationships; comfortable with candidate negotiations
- Attention to details: Pays close attention to details and takes pride in thoroughness
- Mindset: Proactive team player with a problem-solving mindset, driven to make progress, easily adaptable to dynamic business needs; highly organized and can effectively prioritize
- Tech skills: Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and various sourcing strategies
- Language skills: Strong command of both written and spoken Polish and English
Salary
- B2B Contract: 6 600 - 8 800 PLN net + VAT
- Employment contract (UoP): 5 470 - 7 300 PLN gross
