Recruitment Specialist – 9 month contract with possibility of extension.
What we’re looking for
Recruitment Specialist who will join our People Team and support us in all recruitment, onboarding, and talent‑building efforts at Monterail.

Our business expands and we need the right people for our projects. We’re focused on expanding our freelance network, automating processes, and using AI tools to improve efficiency.
What you’ll do
- Transform business needs into compelling job descriptions
- Source top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced Boolean searches
- Manage recruitment pipelines with Workable ATS
- Communicate with candidates, including offers, negotiations, and feedback
- Grow our freelance database (MTN) and conduct per‑project hires
- Use AI to automate and optimize routine tasks such as scheduling and personalized messages
- Plan and coordinate onboarding for new team members
- Stay ahead of AI‑driven recruitment trends and share knowledge with the team
Requirements
- About 2 years of IT recruitment experience across development, sales, and project management roles
- Strong interest in AI tools and experience implementing them to increase efficiency
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to build lasting relationships
- Attention to detail and pride in thoroughness
- Proactive, problem‑solving mindset, highly organized, and adaptable to changing needs
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and various sourcing strategies
- Fluency in Polish and English, written and spoken
Salary
- B2B Contract: 6 600–8 800 PLN net + VAT
- Employment contract (UoP): 5 470–7 300 PLN gross
