What do you need to start?

1. Around 1 year of professional experience in end to end recruitment
2. Very good communication skills
3. Excellent customer service and client interaction
4. Flexible and open-minded
5. Fluent English (at least B2)

What duties will help you grow?

The main purpose is to own end-to-end recruitment process, build positive relations with Hiring Managers and enhance candidate experience.

Main accountabilities:

1. Conducting end-to-end recruitment process for Early Career positions (contact with candidates, search via internal database and external sources)
2. Building and maintaining long-lasting relations with Hiring Managers
3. Regular ad hoc reporting about recruitment matters
4. Setting up priorities according to the business requirements
