We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist wholl join our talented People Team and support us in all recruitment, onboarding and talent-building efforts at Monterail.
This is a fixed-term contract (9 months) with a possibility of extension.
As our business expands, so does our team. Our primary goals are clear: to ensure we have the right people available for our projects and to maintain a highly efficient recruitment process.
Right now, that means were putting a big effort into expanding our freelance network (MTN) for our most in-demand specializations. We’re also focused on automating our processes and using new AI tools to make our work even more efficient.

,[You will independently conduct in-house and freelance recruitments from A to Z, which means:, Transforming business needs into compelling job descriptions., Knowing where and how to source the best talent using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced Boolean searches., Managing the recruitment pipelines using our Workable ATS., Handling all candidate communication, including offers, negotiations, and feedback., Expanding and growing our Monterail freelancers database (MTN) and conducting per-project hires., Using AI in your daily work to help automate and optimise routine tasks like scheduling and generating personalized messages., Planning and coordinating the best onboarding process for new team members., Staying ahead of the curve by keeping up with the latest trends and tools in AI-driven recruitment and sharing that knowledge with the team.
