We work in hybrid mode – 2 days per week in our office + 3 days remotely.

Responsibilities
- Taking active part in identifying suitable candidates for a variety of IT roles across the business from entry to senior level positions.
- Utilizing recruitment sourcing tools and social media channels to maintain high direct sourcing success.
- Contributing to recruitment processes tracking and thus building data for analysis and constant improvement of recruitment organization.
- Continuously looking at new and innovative ways to improve the recruitment processes to meet growing business demands.
Mandatory Skills Description
- High level spoken and written English.
- Interest to pursue a career in IT Recruitment.
- Ability to build strong relationships across the business.
- Good organizational skills and record keeping.
- Interest in working in a fast-paced environment, adaptable to change and willing to make an impact.
