We are looking for a highly motivated, proactive, passionate about HR candidates.
As a Recruitment Lead, you will play a critical role in shaping companys talent acquisition strategy, guiding the team, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure we attract and retain the best talent.

What we expect

  • bachelor’s Degree in HR Management or related field
  • minimum 4 years experience in HR Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Leader
  • strong in full-cycle recruitment and employer branding techniques
  • experienced with mass recruitment / university hiring is advantageous
  • great communication and negotiation skills
  • strong teamwork and leadership qualities (good EQ)
  • strong in English
  • adequate knowledge in labour law / employment law is required

Your tasks

  • develop, implement, and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract
    and engage talent across different job boards and local universities
  • lead and mentor the team to ensure continued success in hiring objectives
    through creative and proactive recruitment approach
  • collaborate with operations team / hiring managers to align requirements of
    each role
  • conduct regular team meetings and discuss strategies, best practices and
    updates on recruitment activities
  • collaborate with management team to align recruitment strategies with
    organizational goals and workforce planning
  • continuously evaluate and improve the processes (including tools, metrics
    and tech)
  • implement best practice for candidate experience, diversity and inclusion, as
    well as employer branding
  • maintain records of internal and external recruitment activities using (ATS) or
    excel depending on situation
  • compile talent analytics reports
