Our recruitment team is searching for a package of positive energy, problem solver, fast learner, and team player who will smooth over any speed bumps in the hiring process of international candidates for a corporate center.

Your responsibilities

1. Support end-to-end hiring process (e.g.communication with candidates, scheduling interviews, video interviewing, etc.).
2. Gain insight into HR and international recruitment.
3. Learn about the dynamics of a corporate firm as well as the dynamics of a small team with a start-up atmosphere.
4. Work closely with our local recruiter in Katowice while being part of an international team of experienced recruiters.

Our requirements

1. Perfect communication skills.
2. Written and spoken English at least on B2 level.
3. A lot of positive energy and team spirit to bring to the team.
4. Ready to stay up to date and learn new things daily.
