InfoTree Global Solutions is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our agency, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the diverse needs of our clients across various industries. This role demands a high level of professionalism, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Location: Wrocław
Work model: Hybrid (3 day in the office, 2 days remote)
Contract: CoE (Umowa o pracę) / B2B
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and requirements. Act as a consultant to provide staffing solutions and advice on market trends.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing techniques including job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and databases to identify potential candidates.
- Screening and Selection: Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit. Coordinate interviews with clients and provide detailed feedback.
- Process Management: Manage the full recruitment cycle from initial client briefing through to candidate placement. Ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process by coordinating all aspects of the recruitment process, including offer negotiations and onboarding.
- Market Intelligence: Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to provide insightful guidance to both clients and candidates.
- Networking: Actively participate in networking events and professional groups to build relationships and promote InfoTree Global Solutions.
- Performance Goals: Meet and exceed individual and team targets related to recruitment activities and placements.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role in a recruitment agency setting.
- German language skills (B2/C1) English language skills (min. B2)
- Strong understanding of recruitment practices and techniques, along with knowledge of employment legislation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and candidates at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in recruitment software and candidate management systems.
