Recruitment Consultant & Representative (Poland)

Job Description

To drive full‑cycle recruitment across marine, renewables and energy markets. This role will be based in the office in Poland and is focused on candidate delivery, business development, local administrative coordination, and operating as a 360‑recruitment consultant. The consultant will be responsible for growing client accounts, building candidate pipelines, and contributing to team revenue targets in a high‑performance environment.

Your responsibilities will include

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes (360 desk): sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and client delivery.
• Proactively generate business through outbound activity, including cold outreach, client meetings, and market mapping.
• Develop and maintain strong client and candidate relationships.
• Consistently achieve KPIs and revenue targets in line with company objectives.
• Create and execute strategic search plans across core focus areas.
• Use business English and Polish to communicate effectively in both written and verbal forms.
• Manage day‑to‑day operations of local branch coordinating communications and actions with relevant parties.

Job requirements

A. Education & Training

• Degree in Maritime, Law, Business, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline preferred.

B. Knowledge & Experience

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a 360‑recruitment consultant in a professional services environment. Preferably in the maritime and energy/renewables industries.
• Track record of high outbound activity and strong KPI performance.
• Experience recruiting for roles in maritime, energy and renewable environments.
• Prior experience working in business English in an international setting.
• Familiarity with the relevant markets and/or working with UK and EU‑based clients is a plus.
• Proactive and self‑motivated with strong commercial acumen.
• Resilient, driven, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Collaborative team player with a growth mindset.
• Passion for the energy transition, infrastructure, or private markets sector.
