As a Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for engaging with candidates, under the brand of our client, finding the best candidates for our client’s permanent vacancies & managing the end to end recruitment process.

The role will be based in Kraków with a hybrid work setting (3 days a week in the office)

Key responsibilities

• Writing scripts, job descriptions and advertising roles
• Candidate sourcing
• Interviews booking & providing feedback to the candidates at all stages
• Maintaining talent pools, aligned to the client’s requirements

Skills & experience required

• Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English
• Previous experience in sourcing and/or recruitment
• High level of customer awareness / Customer Service ethic
• Confidence on the phone and strong negotiation skills
• Willingness to learn the role and industry
• Experience in client facing role will be advantageous
