As a Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for engaging with candidates, under the brand of our client, finding the best candidates for our client’s permanent vacancies & managing the end to end recruitment process.
The role will be based in Kraków with a hybrid work setting (3 days a week in the office)
Key responsibilities
- Writing scripts, job descriptions and advertising roles
- Candidate sourcing
- Interviews booking & providing feedback to the candidates at all stages
- Maintaining talent pools, aligned to the client’s requirements
Skills & experience required
- Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English
- Previous experience in sourcing and/or recruitment
- High level of customer awareness / Customer Service ethic
- Confidence on the phone and strong negotiation skills
- Willingness to learn the role and industry
- Experience in client facing role will be advantageous
