Due to the growth of our Warsaw office and the expansion of our team, we are looking for another Recruitment Consultant to join our team!

Responsibilities

• Active sales activities to expand the client portfolio, conducting meetings, presentations, and negotiations
• Building and maintaining relationships with NES clients
• Delivering recruitment projects within your specialization – searching and selecting candidates, conducting interviews
• Effectively building a professional network

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in recruitment
• Determination, perseverance, and consistency in action
• Ability to think analytically and critically
• Strong listening skills, foresight, initiative, and goal orientation
• Independence, creativity, and motivation to achieve results
• Fluent in Polish and English
