Introduction

Technology is rewriting the rules of talent acquisition – at speed. The battle for talent is now a battle of wits, expertise, risk-taking, creativity. Organisations want a partner who will help them outthink the competition. That partner could be you.

As a multi-award-winning Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) provider, we don’t just shape brilliant employer branding and talent solutions – we define the future of the sector too. We’re ambitious both for our clients and for the ongoing success of our business, and as our Recruitment Business Partner, you’ll work across the hiring community, with a brand led approach to help them get the best from their RPO service.

The role

As Recruitment Business Partner, you will create, develop and maintain relationships with our key clients’ hiring community and senior sponsors, supporting them in solving recruitment and talent challenges. Your experience, passion and knowledge for both traditional and innovative sourcing techniques and recruitment strategies in technical and commercial hiring will be invaluable to our client - a major player in the automotive industry.

As RBP you will engage with multiple internal and external stakeholders; your strong relationship management skills and proven expertise in working with stakeholders at various levels, coupled with the ability to pull reports, present and leverage insights, will ensure great delivery is part of the everyday.

The successful applicant will also play a key role in the growth and development of the account, identifying commercial opportunities for PeopleScout, and will be the face of the service into the Client.

Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for an accomplished recruitment specialist with experience of working in a proactive resourcing environment - such as RPO, Agency or In-house - who has successfully delivered significant client hiring projects (multiple stakeholders, volumes of vacancies, or of significant project value).

You’ll be a confident, highly responsive communicator who can positively challenge and influence stakeholders, proficient in MS Office packages, CRM and ATS technology, and is comfortable working in a fast paced, changing environment with resilience and agility.

Ideally, you’ll have experience recruiting in Automotive, Technical and Commercial sectors, with a strong attention to detail to identify operational efficiencies.
