Job Description:
As a Recruitment and Staffing Coordinator at RGV Polska, you play a crucial role in ensuring the availability of cleaning personnel for our hotel clients and coordinating staff accommodations. You are responsible for the entire recruitment process as well as organizing and overseeing the living conditions of employees. Your work directly impacts the high service and cleanliness standards of our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Selection of Candidates:
- Actively search for and connect with suitable candidates through various channels (online platforms, job boards, social media, etc.).
- Organize and conduct interviews, screenings, and candidate assessments.
- Create clear and attractive job descriptions that appeal to the target audience.
- Handle international recruitment, focusing on candidates from Asia.
- Administration and Reporting:
- Manage recruitment documentation and contracts in compliance with Polish labor laws and company policies.
- Keep candidate and client data updated in the database and operate the recruitment system.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on recruitment progress and job fulfillment.
- Optimization of Recruitment Processes:
- Evaluate and improve recruitment methods.
- Enhance the candidate experience and optimize placement efficiency.
- Coordination of Employee Accommodation:
- Organize and oversee the living conditions of employees, ensuring their comfort and compliance with company standards.
- Regularly visit employee accommodations to monitor their condition.
- Monitor employee satisfaction and promptly resolve any emerging issues.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in recruitment and managing temporary workers.
- Excellent command of Polish (C1) and English (C1); knowledge of other European languages is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills for managing ones own tasks and coordinating others.
- Knowledge of labor laws, particularly those related to temporary employment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Flexibility and the ability to work under pressure.
