• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for diverse profiles internationally.
• Rapidly grasp the needs of hiring managers whilst building trust with them and their HR business partners.
• Ensure a speedy, seamless experience for both the candidates and hiring managers.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues across the HR organization.

Your expertise

• Proven recruiting experience – in‑house, RPO and/or agency experience as an end‑to‑end recruiter including sourcing and identification of talent via various channels.
• Ability to build relationships with a variety of stakeholders throughout the firm.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Client focused and solution‑oriented.
• Fluent English and German.
