Recruiting Enablement & Support Team Manager – Boehringer Ingelheim
Join us to lead the Recruiting Enablement & Support processes for recruiting teams in Germany, driving continuous improvements, high learning agility, and first‑time execution.
Responsibilities
- Implement and continuously improve recruiting processes (interview scheduling, referrals).
- Lead a team aligned with company values and leadership principles, focusing on external and internal candidate experience, business process excellence, and people development.
- Support team operations and process setup for an efficient recruitment workflow, centrally provided to recruiters.
- Ensure systems and tools are used efficiently, meeting quality and compliance standards.
- Exchange regularly with internal and external stakeholders, manage escalations using strong communication skills.
- Drive projects with target‑based service quality measurement, ensuring process adherence.
- Collaborate with other Recruiting Enablement & Support Team Managers, segment leads, and recruiters in Germany to analyze current and future candidate needs across all German sites.
Qualifications
- Fluency in English (C1 min.), ambition to upskill German.
- Min. 4 years of professional experience in Hire‑to‑Retire Shared Services, with first experience in leading a team or in a project.
- Resilience, motivation in a highly volatile environment.
- Affinity for processes that create a great candidate experience.
- A master’s degree in business administration, psychology or similar (preferably HR).
- Distinct empathy, team spirit, accountability, intrapreneurship, high service quality orientation.
- Positive approach, role model in speak‑up culture, ideas for process optimizations.
- Resilience, proven ability to independently capture complex issues solution‑oriented (e.g., HR 3‑pillar model) amid transformation.
- Excellent communication, team spirit, high accountability, solid service orientation.
- Experience in Process Transition & Transformation.
- Experience with SAP, ServiceNow, MS Office (advanced Excel), and SuccessFactors incl. SF Recruiting and SF Onboarding.
