We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator & Talent Sourcer to join our international company. This dual role combines the responsibilities of coordinating recruiting processes and actively sourcing candidates.
Recruiting Coordination:
- Manage the end-to-end recruiting process, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling
- Collaborate with talent acquisition specialists to understand staffing needs
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate candidate records
- Prepare and send offer letters to new hires
Candidate Sourcing:
- Utilize various sourcing techniques, including social media, job boards, and networking, to identify potential candidates
- Conduct initial outreach to candidates and assess their qualifications for open positions
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Bachelors degree
- Completed recruiting and candidate sourcing courses
- Knowledge of Boolean search techniques to effectively source candidates
- Familiarity with job boards and recruiting tools
- Previous experience in recruiting coordination and candidate sourcing
- Proficiency in both English and Russian at a B2 level or above
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a changing environment
