Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment of blue collars from Eastern Europe.
• Sourcing candidates through various channels.
• Conducting interviews and assessing candidates qualifications.
• Managing and maintaining a candidate database.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and partners.

• Fluency in Ukrainian or Russian (both written and spoken).
• Previous experience in recruitment, preferably with blue collars roles.
• Having your own network of contacts.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Flexible work arrangement: Contract of Mandate or B2B.
