We are currently looking for: a person responsible for recruitment processes with Spanish proficiency.

Minimum Requirements:

• Spanish proficiency, both written and verbal.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Experience as a recruiter with a successful placement record is an advantage (preferred South and Middle America region).
• Valid driving license is an additional advantage.

Tasks:

• Manage the full recruitment process: posting jobs, sourcing candidates, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Conduct initial screenings and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Utilize various recruitment channels and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and support employer branding initiatives.
