Recruiter with German
ArcelorMittal Long Carbon LATAM is looking for a recruiter with strong German language skills to support local recruiters and hiring managers in attracting and selecting top talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and publish job advertisements across various platforms
- Actively search for candidates via LinkedIn and other channels
- Screen resumes and coordinate interview scheduling
- Discuss contract proposals, prepare contract documents, and organize contract signing
- Maintain accurate documentation and monitor recruitment processes meticulously
- Build and maintain professional relationships with candidates, creating a welcoming and empathetic experience throughout the hiring journey
Requirements
- Degree or vocational training in HR, administration, or a related field is an advantage
- 2–3 years of experience in a similar recruitment position
- Hands‑on experience with recruitment tools and social media platforms
- Confident user of digital recruitment tools and platforms
- Ability to empathize with candidates and understand their perspectives
- Strong attention to detail, with an accurate and structured approach to work
- Excellent communication skills in German and English (at least B2)
