As a Recruiter at BCOE, you will play a supporting role towards the local recruiters and hiring managers in attracting and selecting the best talents for our organization. You maintain contact with the candidates and give them a positive application experience.
Responsibilities
- Drafting and posting job advertisements on various platforms.
- Actively searching candidates via LinkedIn and other channels.
- Screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
- Scheduling medical examinations.
- Discussing contract proposals, drawing up the contract and scheduling the signing.
- Follow‑up of the diploma registration.
- The administrative processing of the various application steps both in the recruitment tool and the preparatory administration for the payroll.
- Administrative support of the transition from interim contracts to fixed‑term or open‑ended contracts, including the follow‑up of time registration and invoicing.
- Linking interns to internships.
- Actively identifying internships within the departments.
- Managing the administrative process of internships.
- Linking working students to the vacancies in the departments.
- Administrative processing in the recruitment tool.
- Preparing the necessary documents for payroll employees.
Requirements
- You have 2‑3 years of experience in a similar position.
- You have experience using recruitment tools and social media.
- You communicate fluently in Dutch and English.
- You can empathize with the world of the candidates.
- You work accurately and meticulously in monitoring and documenting.
