As a Recruiter at BCOE, you will play a supporting role towards the local recruiters and hiring managers in attracting and selecting the best talents for our organization. You will maintain contact with candidates and provide them with a positive application experience.
Responsibilities:
- Draft and post job advertisements on various platforms.
- Actively search for candidates via LinkedIn and other channels.
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate medical examinations.
- Discuss contract proposals, draft contracts, and schedule signing.
- Follow up on diploma registration.
- Process applications administratively in the recruitment system and handle preparatory payroll administration.
- Support transition of contracts from interim to permanent, including follow-up of time registration and invoicing.
- Connect interns with internships and manage internship administrative processes.
- Link working students to vacancies and process related administration.
- Prepare necessary documents for payroll processing.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience with recruitment tools and social media.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
- Empathy towards candidates.
- Accurate and meticulous in documentation and monitoring.
