Were looking for experienced technology and/or commerical recruiters to join us for an exciting opportunity working with a major client in the automotive sector.

The Role

Youll have the freedom and accountability to fill client vacancies by using a wide range of sourcing and attraction methods, providing consultancy advice to build fantastic external and Hiring Manager relationships which keep our clients coming back time and time again.

You will be supporting one of our key accounts within our RPO team of Recruiters, seeking out the right candidates across all levels to meet the clients needs. Youll be screening and sourcing hard-to-find candidates and pitching them the opportunity to join an innovative, fast-growing and values-driven company. This means taking briefs from hiring managers, putting together sourcing/attraction plans, approaching passive candidates, screening applications, interviewing, closing offers of employment through to facilitating the onboarding and vetting process.

Who were looking for

Your ability to deliver a high touch recruitment service in the automotive sector will be your key to success. Youll be comfortable building effective relationships, with external hiring managers, and internal RBPs, Client Service and other teams.

Your keen eye for detail, coupled with your natural curiosity about people and their backgrounds will help you in engaging and influencing the people you find, as some of the roles in both technical and commercial hiring can be challenging.

Youll also:

• Have fluent English (C1 level)
• Have the tenacity and creativity to fulfil client requirements in a timely and efficient way
• Have the ability to build client and candidate relationships
• Have at least 3 years of relevant experience including management of end to end recruitment processes
• Have proven track-record of commercial or technology related recruitment experience
• Screen and interview candidates via phone or video call
• Identify and approach passive candidates via a mix of tools and channels
• Have the ability to plan and adapt recruitment campaigns within changing business priorities
• Ensure relevant systems and procedures are understood and applied in all aspects of your work

Youll need proven experience in a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition role that includes a variety of skill sets and strong communication, sourcing and relationship building skills.
