Recruiter – Language Quality Assurance (LQA)
Location: Warsaw, Poland
As a Recruiter at Lionbridge Games, you will play a key role in supporting our Language Quality Assurance (LQA) operations by attracting, sourcing, and hiring top multilingual talent across Europe. You will manage full‑cycle recruitment for LQA Testers and other key roles in the gaming localization process, ensuring we deliver exceptional quality for our global clients.
What You Will Do
- Managing the end‑to‑end recruitment process for LQA Testers across multiple European markets and languages.
- Partnering closely with hiring managers and production teams to understand staffing needs, project timelines, and language requirements.
- Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates using a variety of platforms and recruitment strategies.
- Building and maintaining a pipeline of multilingual talent for current and future game testing projects.
- Providing regular reports and insights on recruitment activity and hiring performance metrics.
- Ensuring a seamless candidate experience that reflects Lionbridge Games’ commitment to quality and inclusivity.
- Supporting the continuous improvement of recruitment processes, tools, and employer branding initiatives.
To Be Successful You Will Have
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment, ideally in a fast‑paced, international environment.
- Proven experience sourcing or hiring multilingual or LQA/game testing talent is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
- Strong data and reporting skills, with the ability to present hiring metrics and insights clearly.
- A proactive, solutions‑oriented approach with a passion for games and localization.
- Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
- Experience working with ATS tools and recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
