REQUIREMENTS

Over 1 year of experience in recruitment;
Proficient in various recruiting tools and interviewing techniques;
Collaborative experience with hiring managers as a business partner, including identifying issues in the hiring process, discussing them, and suggesting solutions;
Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively;
Excellent negotiation skills;
Results-oriented approach;
Proficient in spoken English at an intermediate level or above.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Conducting searches and recruiting candidates for our business partners across various markets;
Analyzing requirements, creating candidate profiles, researching the labor market, and identifying suitable candidates;
Organizing online meetings and interviews;
Working with the internal CRM system;
Collaborating closely with hiring managers and your future team.
