Were looking for a motivated and organized Recruitment Specialist. Your main job will be to find and hire skilled and semi-skilled construction workers (like welders, Fitters, machine operators, and general laborers). Youll be connecting with candidates from both Poland and other countries.

Responsibilities

• Find Candidates: Search for workers online (job sites, social media) and build a network of contacts.
• Talk to People: Call, video chat, or meet with candidates to check their skills and experience.
• Be the Main Contact: Guide candidates through the hiring process and answer their questions.
• Work with Managers: Understand exactly what kind of workers our project managers need.
• Stay Organized: Keep our candidate database clean and up-to-date.
• Travel: Be ready for business trips to meet candidates.

Requirements

• Experience in recruitment (especially with blue-collar or construction jobs is a big plus!).
• Experience in international recruitment (finding candidates from outside Poland).
• Fluent in English (both speaking and writing).
• Great communication skills, you enjoy talking to people!
• Good organizational skills.

These are a big advantage

• Speaking other languages (like Ukrainian or Russian).
• A valid (B) Drivers License
