- Take care of internal and external recruitment processes in the Eastern Europe region
- Organize and participate in job fairs and open days
- Participate in employer branding projects
- Build actively internal and external talent pools
- Prepare reports, analyses and summaries
- Work in the ATS system (SAP-based) as part of ongoing projects
- Cooperate internally with Hiring Managers and HR BPs in onboarding of new employees
- Map the labour market in terms of the availability of candidates and the level of remuneration
- 6-8 years of recruiting experience (logistics company will be an advantage) in a dynamic environment
- University degree (preferably in business or human resources)
- Fluency in English is a must (other EE language would be an advantage)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Highly analytical and problem-solving skills
- Very good practical knowledge of MS Office
- High energy with a can-do attitude
- Resistance to stress and ability to work in an ever-changing environment
