• Take care of internal and external recruitment processes in the Eastern Europe region
• Organize and participate in job fairs and open days
• Participate in employer branding projects
• Build actively internal and external talent pools
• Prepare reports, analyses and summaries
• Work in the ATS system (SAP-based) as part of ongoing projects
• Cooperate internally with Hiring Managers and HR BPs in onboarding of new employees
• Map the labour market in terms of the availability of candidates and the level of remuneration

• 6-8 years of recruiting experience (logistics company will be an advantage) in a dynamic environment
• University degree (preferably in business or human resources)
• Fluency in English is a must (other EE language would be an advantage)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Highly analytical and problem-solving skills
• Very good practical knowledge of MS Office 
• High energy with a can-do attitude
• Resistance to stress and ability to work in an ever-changing environment
