Easybrain develops mobile games and applications that millions of people around the world play every day. Right now, we are looking for a creative and talented Recruiter to join our HR Team.

Responsibilities:

1. The full-cycle recruitment process;
2. Collaboration with a hiring manager to establish hiring criteria and methods;
3. Proactive search of potential talents and active contacting of passive candidates for future hiring needs;
4. Scheduling of pre-screening calls and interviews;
5. Reporting on resourcing activity;
6. Reacting positively to the ongoing, changing environment;
7. Having fun working with the HR Team :)

Requirements:

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in the same/similar position;
2. Excellent communication and critical-thinking skills;
3. Problem-solving aptitude;
4. High level of responsibility and independence;
5. English level of B1 or higher;
6. Fluent Russian is required.
