Concentrix is hiring a Recruiter to help meet dynamic staffing needs through sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent.
Job Description
- Responsible for end‑to‑end recruitment processes.
- Receive, screen, and file incoming resumes, background, and reference checks.
- Conduct initial screening interviews, telephone interviews, and/or face‑to‑face interviews with prospective applicants.
- Assist hiring managers with candidate recommendations and partner with stakeholders to offer competitive compensation packages and negotiate with candidates.
- Use various resources — internet, community organizations, print media, formal/informal networks, colleges, trade associations — to directly and indirectly source qualified candidates.
- Prepare reports on all stages of the recruitment process using the applicant tracking system (ATS) and HRIS tools.
- Maintain consistent standards for all applicants and ensure compliance with local rules and regulations related to hiring and recruiting.
- Develop and apply an in‑depth knowledge of job specifications, including required experience, skills, and behavioral competencies.
- Promote the company image to candidates and external service providers, ensuring a high standard of ethical behavior throughout the recruiting process.
Candidate Profile
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of any European language at B2/C1 level and English at B2 level.
- Ability to multi‑task, prioritize, and meet timelines on deliverables.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Self‑starter with a sense of urgency, able to work well under pressure in a high‑velocity environment.
- Professionalism and ability to develop relationships.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to handle and maintain confidential information.
- Knowledge of the Workday system is a plus.
