We are seeking an experienced Recruiter with strong expertise in the European recruitment market, particularly Poland, to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The role requires hands-on sourcing, stakeholder management, and adherence to defined SLAs while delivering a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience. The ideal candidate will have proven experience hiring both blue-collar and white-collar roles and demonstrate strong language and communication capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination.
• Drive recruitment for blue-collar and white-collar positions across multiple business units.
• Partner closely with Hiring Managers, Business Unit HR, and internal recruitment teams to ensure timely and quality hiring.
• Ensure noiseless delivery of recruitment processes with strict adherence to SLAs and KPIs.
• Maintain clear and effective upstream and downstream communication to enable a positive candidate and stakeholder experience.
• Conduct proactive sourcing using multiple channels such as job portals, referrals, social media, and networking.
• Stay updated on labor laws, compliance requirements, and recruitment market trends within Poland and Europe.
• Prepare and maintain recruitment metrics, status reports, and dashboards.
• Ensure documentation and process compliance across the recruitment journey.
• Proficiency in Polish language (written and spoken). Excellent written and oral communication in Dutch.
• Proven experience in sourcing and talent acquisition.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of European labor laws and compliance frameworks.
• Experience working in high-volume hiring environments.
